I got a copy at Akins about six months ago. It was okay, although I didn't
find any information in the magazine that I hadn't seen elsewhere. Much is
directed toward health concerns such as diabetes, although there is some
food allergy information. Did I think that it was worthwhile? I'm not sure
- you might try to pick up a copy at Akins to check it out!
