Has anyone found a good totally non-dairy "cheese"?  Many of the kinds I've
checked, Rice Dream, Soya Kaas, etc. contain casein and I cannot tolerate
casein.  Some kinds didn't have casein, but used oat products (which I'm also
allergic to).  I've tried the only totally "non dairy" one I could find
(soymage) and I didn't like it.  Actually, there was one other product, but
it had moss in it and I'm allergic to molds as well, so I didn't dare try it.
