Below is a list of calcium contents of some foods. I
found this in the Q&A section of urbanbaby.com. A
woman wrote in saying she was LI and asked how could
she be sure to get enough calcium. I thought this
would be of interest to this list.
Suzanne

P.S. I'm not sure, but I thought that the last time I
checked, Total cereal had some dairy content. Maybe
someone can confirm this. I know there are different
types of Total and I can't remember which one I was
looking at.

cup 400 mg

Tropicana Pure Premium Orange Juice with Calcium 1
cup 350 mg

Rice Dream Original Enriched Rice Drink 1 cup 300 mg

Soyco Veggy Singles (soy cheese) 1 slice 200 mg

Total Cereal 1 cup 200 mg

Sardines, canned, drained, with bones 2 oz 200 mg

Collard Greens, chopped, cooked 1 cup 200 mg

Kale, chopped, cooked 1 cup 200 mg

Broccoli, chopped, cooked 1 cup 100 mg
