Hubby is LI but still tries to eat pizza with many dairy-ease pills.  Our
son age 8 is dairy intolerant/allergic.  Our son had constant ear infections
or fluid filled ears starting the month after weaning him to a dairy based
formula.  Removal of dairy at age 4.5 stopped all ear infections and URI and
dark circles under his eyes lightened up and he became more focused & alert.
He is diagnosed with a form of high functioning autism and follows a gluten
free and casein free diet.  So dairy free it not enough, we look for the
additives that can "legally" be added to a "dairy free" labeled  food, which
in reality is not dairy free since it contains a dairy protein.  arghhh...
Mom (me) is on a gluten free diet and daughter can have it all...no
allergies yet.  I've been on the list for a few months now.
