It's been interesting to read this line of correspondence.
When I first thought I might be LI (a little over a year
ago), I switched to eating Stella D'oro cookies.  My
symptoms persisted.  That greatly confused me and
prolonged my suffering while trying to figure out what
the problem could be if not LI.  The previous posting re
these cookies about a year ago solved that problem for
me.
