Last night , I ate a half salmon, and a salad. the reason you don't have to
count calories, on a paleo diet is, we invision ourselves in nature. The
high calorie foods you mention, are not as prevalent in nature, with the
exception of fat. Although high in calories, fat will not cause weight gain
like fruit or any other sugar.
