<< The fabulous clients who will pay for a comprehensive evaluation are the
ones who only want to pay for the job once.

How can the rest of us glom onto them, instead of the shortsighted,
pennywise-pound foolish ones that usually appear?

20 years ago preventive maintenance was almost unheard of in the Parking
Industry. One of our best clients is a guy who had to spend $600,000 on
structural repairs for avoiding a $10,000 structural steel paint job. He
did his own math, and decided to be $10,000-wise instead of $600,000
foolish. He also realized that if it cost him 10 or 20 thousand to figure
out what to do to solve problems, he would save himself a lot of money,
multiplied out by 75 parking garages, in the long run.
