Dear listmembers,

When I replied to the original post on this issue, I had no intention of
starting a dicussion about parasitology or the merits of
traditional/alternative medicine on the Celiac List as I agree with some
recent posters that that is not its purpose.  However, I felt I had to point
out that there were several statements in Jennifer's post which were
misleading and exaggerated.  I did not take these points one by one because
the List is not the place for a detailed discussion on such a topic.  Now
that Jennifer has replied to me both directly and through the List, I have
replied to her privately in more detail about some of the points she has
made.  If any other listmember is interested in reading this more detailed
reply, please email me privately and I will forward it.  I do not intend to
post to the List again on this topic.

Also many thanks to all who sent me messages of support on the way I dealt
with this.
