Fuser error.  Replace the fuser.  It's easy to do.  I believe on that
model you just flip down the rear output tray, remove a couple screws,
and slide it out.  Laser Products has it as an exchange part for $65 or
repair yours for $55.  800-786-8897.  I've bought from them and have
been happy with their pricing and service.
