I have installed some P&P NIC's on an Intel BX motherboard with built in
sound (Crystal).  The NIC's and the sound does not work together.  Try as I
might I could not separate the two - they kept using the same IRQ.  Finally
had to disable the sound on the Intel boards and install new sound cards.

Kind of a same problem as this post.
