I really don't think that a fluctuation of 2 or 3 pounds means diddly.
The important thing is the general trend.

I think these weekly weigh-ins are an excellent idea, by the way. Or anyway,
weekly reporting of something or other, whether it be weight or compliance
or whatever. You can bet that if you miss one, I'll be all over your ass.

Have you seen the Seinfeld episode in which he deals with that exact problem?
