I doubt that is entirely true. Many folks get "stops" with simply
cooked
foods. Especially young children who aren't usually burdened by
decades of
junk foods.
Clara Davis' studies with young children's self-selection of foods
included
both cooked and raw foods, even dairy and grains. If the instincto
premises
are entirely true then these children should have exhibited different
feeding behavior cessations with the cooked vs raw foods. They didn't.
They
might end up eating the cooked instead of the raw as they, supposedly
according to instincto, became overloaded with the dreaded denatured
cooked
molecules from the evil planet WOK. They didn't. They appeared to get
stops
on dairy and grain as well. Go figure. ;)
