Roby <[log in to unmask]>:
>For "fruitarian " do you mean people that eat nuts???
Tom:
The word fruitarian means different things to different folks, so it
is wise to ask. I use it to mean a diet that is 75+% fruit by weight,
where the term fruit has the common definition, ,and the remaining 25% of
foods are raw and vegan. One can be a fruitarian and eat nuts (in fact,
it's a good idea to eat nuts on a fruitarian diet, more for the
fats than the protein).
Roby <[log in to unmask]>:
Plese say me if you ate nuts or other high rate protein
Tom:
For some of the time, when I ate a lot of avocados (which are high in
protein, for a fruit), I ate very few nuts. Most of the rest of the time,
I did eat some protein (mostly nuts, seeds).
