you might find some info on tooth problems via the list archives. I
thought you were searching for more general info in the scientific
journals. (Teeth have been discussed often here on this list.)

Dental problems are common on the fruitarian diet. I have a mouth full
of crowns as one of the legacies of my years (8+) as a fruitarian
back in the 1970's. Too much fruit acid dissolves the teeth, and
there may be a correlation (at least in the anecdotal evidence)
between eating too much fruit and gum problems (another legacy of
my fruitarian years).
