I went to the Asian market today to look for fish roe and most of the roe
there had additives such as MSG and many others.

Where would you get absolutely fresh roe with nothing added? Does it taste ok?

I ended up buying some salmon roe as it was the only one that they said did
not have MSG and other things added to it, but it did have salt added..
