Cooked wild Lake Trout is not fresh raw fish.  If you are ever inclined to
eat a meat and willing to experiment, I suggest you eat it raw.  In the
early days of my raw diet, I would go to very good Sushi bars for fish.  I
knew that they had a high turnover of the fish and the quality was good.  My
personal favorite is Salmon Sashimi (no rice, just fish).  I found that the
way I feel after raw fish is different than even lightly steamed fish.
