Chi Qong is a movement discipline that takes about a half hour in the
morning. It's quite stationary, compared to tai chi. there are over 200
different kinds. I learned soaring crane and the teacher used
visualizations to help us get the movements right. one learns to move
one's own energy through one's body. Quite quickly, one achieves a
sensation of energy in the palms particularly.
