Stefan, Liza, Roberta,

during my first 2 raw winters I felt awfully cold very often.
My hands sometimes were so cold, that I had difficulties to
open our front door lock. And I was shivering in rooms that
seemed to be quite comfortable for my colleagues. But then
I learned about Instincto and now we eat a lot of nuts during
the winter in the evening meal and anyway, I haven't felt cold
during winter since then.

I also now the hot feeling and don't like it, too. Often it
seems to me that SAD eating people are always somewhat over-
heated, because their hand feeld hot to me. I don't think
that that is healty. I sometimes happens to me, too,
especially when I ate to many dates or mixed food that should
no be mixed. Then I am feeling hot, too. And I don't like it.

Some Instincto children are known to be very resistant against
heat and cold.

-Karl
