David -

Thanks for the update on JR's raw list. It raises interesting questions
as to whether honesty and integrity are indeed welcome on his list. Maybe
the NFL gang, and their thoughtless allies, need a new slogan:
"Raw is law, integrity is cooked". :-(

Recently I was harassed by a local NFL supporter. This was a person that
I used to respect because, even though he advocated fruit diets and I
opposed them, I respected his integrity. However, as his support for
NFL grew, his integrity and judgement seemed to evaporate. All that seems
to matter to him now is convincing people to follow the one true religion of
the 100% raw diet, and he seems to think it is OK to plagiarize and
misrepresent (steal and lie), harass and threaten, and apply the other toxic
methods of the NFL gang. Such a wonderful, ideal, loving place the "brave
raw world" will be; a world where "might is right" and "the end justifies
the means"! :-(

Perhaps the raw movement is splitting - no big deal, as it is in portions
already - into two parts: a realist/honest wing, and the fanatic/cult wing.
Will the cult wing build a commune, "Fruit-town", in San Diego? :-)
If so, will they force their members to attend drills where they must
drink grape kool-ade? :-)

P.S. apologies to sensitive souls for the warped humor above.

Regards,
Tom Billings
