Roberta - his list also set to reply to the individuals by default, which
makes replying to the list less likely. It is very possible that the lack
of traffic on that list is simply because people hit reply and don't pay
attention to whether it's going to the list or to the individual. he also
may want it like that. it tends to reduce traffic.
