Hi all list members,
I just reformated my HDD and reinstalled win95B a week ago because
Registry problem. Now, that strange registry problem appears again. as
everything is newly installed and no changes were made, i don't
understand why.
The error: win95 gives me a message "windows encounted a error in system
registry, ... Restart". i am lucky this time, when i reboot, the message
didn't appear yet.
Software: Win95B, Office 97, Netscape communicator 4.07, winzip 7,
Ws_FTP LE, Age of Empires, Anti-virus (no background scan, no boot scan,
totally under my control).
I looked into Bootlog.txt (use bootlog analyzer), it shows the following
failed item:
Loadfailed=ebios
Loadfailed=vshare
loadfailed=adis2sup.vxd
Deviceinitfailed=MTRR
initcompletefailed=SDVXD
What do they mean? Any idea what is the Registry problem?
Thanks
Jun
