Hi George:

I just installed one on my Compaq 4712 which is now P200MMX with
48MB RAM, 512 L2 cache and the installation went fine even on this
*Shaky* Compaq OS.

The only thing I might mention is that I followed the booklet and
started up by flipping the switch of my Surge protector on with
everything hooked up like they said. If you should start up any
other way you might have a problem it says as some DOS might start
to load, whatever that means.

So far the Zip drive is working fine. I did get one blue screen
but it went away when I hit the Esc key. Drive letter was assigned
properly and everything. I was surprised, really.

Hope any of this might help,

Michael
