What do people on the list think of hazelnut butter?
My son adores it.
It is high in lots of nutrients including fats and proteins. Per one ounce
serving, it has 10 g of fats, 4 g of proteins, and 5 g per serving of
carbohydrate. I sometimes add a little olive oil to each serving to
increase the ratio of fats to carbohydrates.
This is one food I don't have to struggle to get down him (as compared to
fish, for example)
