I don't know about historical evidence for a connection between poetry and
architecture, though I have experienced inspirational examples of both. As
for arts and sciences, one need look no further than some of the great
Renaissance men (Anyone see DaVinci's science exhibit during its tour
around the US a year or so ago?). What can be more inspiring than that?
