"Along with the UFO accounts were numerous reports of blacked-out
helicopters with neither insignia nor identification numbers seen in the
vicinity of cattle mutilations. There were also reports of large white
vanlike trucks with government license plates seen in the same areas.
Some researchers theorized that the vans were used to transport the
black helicopters from one state to another."
