Yes that is it.  I like both biochemistry and genetics, and this book
discusses EFAs in a way that a person with a background in molecular
biologist would appreciate. Very, very specific information in there,
and if
anything is speculation, it is so stated. Has lots of good solid info.
Read
it a couple of times, still mentally processing it all; not lite
reading and
its implications could be very serious.
