Makes sense.
However, ya gotta start somewhere, and getting as much info as possible and
then letting your body be the judge, is ultimately the final test.
Re: the Barley Green. Yesterday I ordered some w/o kelp to see if that makes a
difference, but in my own case, due most likely to my hypoglycemia, it's
probably the "dextrin" in the "Malo" that gives me a quick gnawing feeling in
my stomach that makes me feel ravenous and lead to overeating to quell it.

Wish they had some "without malodextrin" rather than "without kelp."
