I realize that you can not bind  two separate modems using two separate
phone lines installed in a single NT 4 PC ....but I believe you can use
them simultaneously.
How do your applications differentiate between the two connections ?
 For example you want to use one connection to download and the other to
browse and get Email. Does the application just look for any clear
bandwidth or is there something you need to do to point it to the right
connection?
