Hello everyone,

Regarding the recent post about the gluten-free status of Thai fish sauce,
several months ago I went from store to store here in Chinatown (San
Francisco) and read the ingredients of about ten different types of fish
sauce. 30% - 40% of them contained wheat, usually in the form of
"Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein."  The best thing to do would be to read the
label of the sauce that is used in the restaraunt.
