November 30, 1998, and at what time.

Hello, and welcome to Mayor-Elect Anthony Williams Transition Team!  By
receiving this e-mail, it means I have probably already spoken to you
about
your participation or left you a message.

If not, I hope you will consider participating with us on the Special
Constituencies Action Team.  Our charge is from now through December
20th,
to look at issues affecting groups such as: Latinos, Asians,
Gays/Lesbians,
People with Disabilities, etc. and make recommendations for the city and
city agencies to better serve these groups.  We must submit an interim
report by December 20th with our findings and recommendations.

The attached documents will tell you a little bit more.  And our first
meeting on Monday, December 30th will provide additional direction.  I
apologize for the short notice, but I just found out myself on Sunday,
and
have been gathering names for the Action Team.  If you know of others
who
could be of assistance, please forward any names to me by e-mail, fax or
phone.  Either way, please RSVP to me by any of the methods mentioned.

P.S. It's okay if you can't make the first meeting but still want to
participate!
