My daughter is an athlete who has to determine gf and anti-doping
regulations for each medicine she might take. Any help out there for a
good decongestent that doesn't make you totally asleep. Any other
recommendations from other athletes re travel to competition/ intl meets
etc? What do you find travels in a gym bag, long distances, for up to a
week, while still maintaining carb levels and the right balance of
proteins etc.?
