Robert,

I believe Dr. Walker advocated a raw vegan diet, with lots of juices
(he
invented the Norwalk Juicer). I am not altogether certain, but he may
have
allowed for some very occasional eggs or dairy. As for me, I eat
mostly raw
vegan, but I frequently fall short of that aim. I haven't eaten meat
in 22
years, though.

Incidentally, Dr. Walker's books are well worth reading. And cheap!
Fresh
Vegetable and Fruit Juices and Colon Health: The Key to a Vibrant Life
are
only $6.95 each at Amazon. And I saw a used copy of Natural Weight
Control
for only $2.95 on Bibliofind, a used book search site:
https://www.bibliofind.com/ (Just type in "Norman W. Walker" in the
author
line when you get there.)
