Pasteurized and sterilized and ultra-heated longlife milk may contain
less valuable nutrients (e.g. enzymes and heat-sensitive vitamins), but
as far as calcium is concerned, they are equally bad.

As to soft drinks, the fact that they are bone-calcium robbers is
obvious I would have thought. But at least the original "coke"
drinkers felt no pain from osteoporosis..the cocaine that it used
to contain saw to that. ;-)
