That makes sense. I'm "lactose intolerant" and don't usually eat dairy at all.
But I've been craving it a lot lately--actually broke down and bought a big
hunk of cheese last week... haven't done that in years. And the other day I
caught myself eyeing a carton of cream at the market...
I'll have to make sure I'm getting what I need of everything you and the
others have mentioned and see if the problem goes away.
