Dear Raw Food List;
As one who has just started this raw food regimen, I would appreciate if any
could provide what daily regimen(s) they follow, what and how they eat. I
would be interested in what "instinctive eating" is all about and what is
meant by "stop". I am vegetarian, so I would not be interested in any
regimen that included the eating of animal flesh or animal products (except
honey). Thank you.
