sauerkraut is so good!!! read on the 18th for a recipe we posted. also
we like to add coriander seed, cumin seed, caraway seed, crushed red
pepper, and sea palm, and we like using organic red cabbage too. the
color is beautiful! although we know about using other veggies like
carrots, etc. we haven't tried it yet. unless you make your own miso,
which is quite fun to make, it can be pricey, but of course we make large
quanties at a time for us and friends. take care, ananda
