I am having a heck of a time coming to any conclusions about my
experimenting with cooked paleo-foods. Sometimes I think it makes no
difference at all whether something is cooked or raw; sometimes is seems
raw is better in general. When I have anything clear to say on the matter I
will share it with the list...
I'm not ignoring, just waiting till I know what I really think about it. ;)
