I remember having read an interview of Rickson (or was it one of the other
brothers?) in "Budo International" (That's a French magazine, that is also
translated in Spanish and English). He said that food combining was an important
part of his diet, because inefficient digestion sucks your energy.
IO forgot the details, but he doesn't seem to be a raw-fooder, although he seems
to eat a lot of fruits. He said at one point of the article that he sometimes
eats a monomeal of apples, or of bananas. But at another point, he said he mixes
bananas and dairy [So it wasn't very clear]
Best wishes,
Jean-Louis
