How do you know it does? Other than a medical test, can you tell?
I've had about 5kg of honey in the last week (all started when I had my
flu and ate it). I usually do have it on an empty stomach in the
morning, but often snack on it all through the day. It is working very
well for me.
I believe Krok mentioned in his article how he tried to go on honey for a
week or so, but noticed some problems with it (nails degenerated I think).
