One thing to consider is its future usefulness. If Intel has their way, you may
see motherboards with NO ISA slots at all, only PCI. PCI slots will probably be
around a lot longer than ISA, so if you plan to change motherboards in the
future, PCI would be better choice. A PCI card would probably also work better
with PnP, and be more flexible in IO/IRQ assignments.
