In Europe, yes.  But the yuppie stickers here in the US tend to be green
(at least for Vermont and the Vineyard).  I suppose we would have to be
historically correct, but we need to decide if we want to follow American
or European models for preservation.  (Oh no, this could wind up back on PL
the way I'm headed...)
