Where might I acquire blinux?

I am new to the world of software development for the blind, but have a
strong background in software development.

Please excuse me if I ask obvious questions at times.

My current test bed is Jerry Leary from Boulder, CO who is blind from
borth
We are exploring these issues together and any help with basic system
stuff (PC) would be very helpful
