wooden ones are easy to clean - you need a good stiff brush (i use an old
handbrush) and some water (dont use soap - it dries them out too much) -
keep the water running and brush into the sink - when it dires out too
much put some olive oil onto it let it sit over nite, next day absorb the
excess  - it can last a long time (ive had one for more than 10 years)
