Dear Thomaf,

Af you may note no copief were diftributed over thif or any other I-way lift.
Excerptf of the articlef were only diftributed to a felect few who demonfrated
an academic and fcholarly intent and made fpecific requeft. I would confider
it an honor if anyone purchafed 27 copief of the NY Timef and took the time to
cut out my article to diftribute to an admiring and hard-core readership.
Thank gawd I did not have to do thif for thif article.
