I would get a good supply of water and drink that instead. Really
good
water is wonderful to drink.
And be sure to drink at least 2 litres/day. This could help lose
excess
weight also.
and diet coke???? do you know _anything_ about aspartame and similar
artificial sweeteners?
and when I take flax oil I pour it over my steamed veges - when
they've
cooled down. Also, you could put it on your salad in place of other
dressing.
