I eat eggs from 'The Country Hen'.  I'm surprised they are not available
somplace in NYC since the farm in Hubbardston, MA is not too distant. The
hens feed on a special diet that results in a high Omega 3 content in the
yolks, although during the winter months due to necessity the feed is
supplemented with some grains. Check out www.countryhen.com - the site
