Did you really miss the whole exchange that happened recently about calcium
rich foods ?
What is your diet ? Calcium difficiency in this culture is difficult unless
you are damaging the calcium you are eating by drinking soda pop of any kind -
even the 'healthy' brands, or taking Tums, or eating too much protein - which
depleats you body of calcium. Raw dairy, leafy greens, seaweed, oranges, and
seeds and nuts are all rich in calcium. Try reading the Nutritional Almanac,
or Healing with Whole Foods are excellent sources.
