My son has an HP 820 Cxi printer with latest drivers installed and running
Windows 94 OSR2.
From the first time he added the printer, he has received the warning
dialog box on each print: "The black cartridge is not installed
properly..... ". He clicks the OK and the printer prints properly. We
have changed to latest drivers, changed print cartridges several times, to
no avail.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
