You probably only need Win95 drivers. You'll need to get
the model of your MWAVE card. Also, the modem is usually
on the MWAVE card itself.

Consider upgrading the modem to a 56K model. Since
the modem is likely on the MAVE card, you need to disable
the on-card modem in CMOS. You may have to sacrifice
the COM port since it is configured in CMOS for the modem.
You may get the COM port back if you replace sound card.
