just have the idea that in that kind of sitiuation , to stay discreet and
not provoks reactions i will dry in advance differents kinds of meats or
fish and reduce them in a powder form to add to the salad and vegetable
plates that they will propose to you. you could bring some nuts too to
complement the fruits and vegetables
